Is the brass lacquered or sealed?

No, brass is left "raw" and will patina (darken) over time. We like this look and leave it this way, but if you would like to seal or polish the brass, this can easily be done once you receive your products.

What is the lead-time on production?

All lights and hardware are currently handmade to order. Please allow up to two weeks for any light and up to one week for hardware orders to be processed and shipped.

Can my order be expedited?

All products are made to order in order that they are received. If you need to have your order within a specific timeframe, please reach out and we will try and accommodate your request.

What is your return policy?

Can I request a custom request or change to existing product?

Yes, please reach out via email with your request. Please be as specific as possible and include any inspirational or design ideas with an image if possible. Please send to trevor@modernbrasslights.com

How do you ship items?

All products are sent with tracking information via USPS or Fedex. If you have any special requests, please reach out before making your purchase.

How are measurements taken?

Lights: All heights are measured from ceiling to the bottom of the light fixture (not including bulbs). Diameter is measured similarly, bulbs are not taken into account, but if light has glass as part of the fixture, it will be included in measurement.

Hardware: Pulls are measured from end to end (not hole to hole). Knob heights are measured from top to bottom (drawer face to exposed edge) and diameter is measured using the widest diameter of product.
